What our clients say
“We were referred to Crestline as a good value and quality supplier, we were not disappointed. Gary and the team at Crestline took the time to understand our timeline, needs, and they exceeded our expectations in regards to delivery and service. They communicated with us at every step of the project and we are more than pleased with the outcome.”
Heather Gallagher – Corporate Account Manager NZ, Cathay Pacific
“Working with GHDWoodhead Creativespaces and Crestline Furniture Systems on the look and feel to our new office was extremely rewarding.
Our input was always welcomed and also the relationship was extremely important.
During a massive fitout – Trust is one of the most important values we need. This was delivered daily and made the whole process more streamlined and organised.
Being involved in the furniture options, was extremely valuable as it helped us format a vision in our heads. The story boards of colour and textures helped also.
When the furniture was all installed it just added a warmth to the space. All of our team love coming into a warm environment now and this is all because of our new look and feel.”
Katrina Nuttell – Bunnings NZ
Masterton District Council
“Masterton District Council’s move into Waiata House – specifically relocating to the land it sits on – is fitting as it was originally the site of Masterton’s first Town Hall in the 1890s.
The project to get the building prepared and ready for moving in was not a fast one, but required time and consideration to ensure it suited the needs of Council staff. Open-plan working was a change for many in the organisation. We needed to ensure the fit out designed by Spaceworks Design Group, and furniture from Crestline Furniture Systems, enabled flexible working while also providing space and privacy. For some staff, simply walking into the building, seeing and experiencing the environment, changed their minds about how the space would work. While there will always be teething issues, initial feedback has been positive and staff are happy about coming to work in a modern environment.”
Henriette Barnard – Projects Coordinator, Masterton District Council
Brett Norris Lawyers
“Several options were given for many of the items to allow for our budget. It was great to be able to look at the furniture in the show room with Amanda before some choices were made. The new furniture looks fantastic and it was great to have it all put together and installed. We are extremely happy with how the space looks and functions. It is much easier to work with uncluttered spaces and it also encourages staff to keep work areas tidy….we would also recommend the furniture which was priced competitively, very good quality, and delivered and installed on time.”
Brett and Michelle Norris – Principal, Brett Norris Lawyers
“Great communication, easy to deal with and as always you guys go above and beyond trying to find the right solutions, I know Gary sent me about 20 chair options before we found the right one!”
Kairangi Buchanan – Designer, Gaze Commercial

“Crestline really are a great design partner as their offering is incredibly flexible. University of Waikato – Tauranga Campus
“Building the new University of Waikato campus in the heart of the Tauranga CBD provided opportunities to trial new and innovative teaching styles while creating functional, creative spaces for students, staff and the community to enjoy. As you walk through our stunning building you see varying spaces tailored to multiple users and understand how furniture brings this building to life and encourages people to stay, work and study.
The University wanted to create a “sticky campus” whereby students and staff are encouraged to stay on campus and give the place a sense of vibrancy. By creating collaborative social learning spaces outside classrooms and throughout the campus, it is the furniture choices that make the spaces inviting, each offering an alternative look and feel.
Selecting Crestline to fit out the University campus has been a very successful venture. Crestline’s product range met our standards for robustness and longevity, whilst providing a modern range of furniture that was comfortable and vibrant.
Crestline worked with us to achieve our goal, offering solutions along the way while always providing a consistent professional service from furniture selection through to the phased installation on a busy construction site.
I have no hesitation in recommending Crestline, they are a great team who deliver what they promise.”
Sally Davies – University of Waikato
“We recently completed the office fit-out for our new Manufacturing Facilities in Te Kowhai Road East, Hamilton. I was impressed with not only the service we received from Eda and Crestline from start to finish, but also the time taken to truly understand our Company and how to bring the Hansa brand alive through the furniture used. On the day our office fit-out was completed our offices turned from an open plan space, into a home where our team can love coming to every day.
Eda was customer focused and solution-based, and we are grateful for the time he took to meet our requirements. Thanks Crestline, it’s great to have an office space that will help us to Hansform Landscapes for Good!”
Kate Vogel – Finance Director, Hansa
McCaw Lewis Lawyers
“We had the pleasure of working with Crestline over what was a relatively rushed office move. What set Crestline apart was firstly their desire to understand how we work, and then their willingness to get things done and solve whatever challenges we threw at them. Their friendly and accessible team went over and above to ensure they delivered what was promised, despite the challenges of tight time-frames and moving targets.”
Daniel Shore – Director, McCaw Lewis Lawyers
“Crestline were open to meeting the design brief; sit-to-stand desking with custom finishes, breakout furniture that needed to be agile, offering hardwearing pieces, that all had to be delivered and installed in a very short lead time. A commitment which Crestline stuck to, with open communication throughout the whole process.”
Matisse Whittfield – Senior Interior Designer, Cachet Group

“Our experience with Crestline has very much been a positive one. We have worked with Crestline on a number of projects over several years and their commitment to deliver a high-quality service and product is impressive. The Crestline team are extremely customer-centric, organised and efficient and it’s these qualities that creates value for us. The team is always very professional and helpful to deal with and we never hesitate when referring them to others.”
Steve Lewis – Genesis Energy
“We worked closely with Crestline and Gaze Commercial to find the right furniture to meet the needs of our space and our 1200 employees. Crestline supplied us with soft seating, breakout and meeting room furniture, focus booths, leaners, storage units with planters, quick folding tables with flip lid power boxes throughout the project and a custom boardroom table with power/data modules. After extensive analysis and on-site trials, the Sidiz T50 operator chair was also chosen as one of our ‘chairs of choice’ going forward. Throughout the course of this project, we have purchased over 1000 T50 chairs and we continue to choose this chair because of its unparalleled combination of ergonomic features, comfort and value for money. There were also particular challenges for Crestline with gaining access to our site which meant deliveries needed to be well planned to fit into very specific and tight time slots. The Crestline team were always proactive, professional and responsive with this. With their communication and project management, Crestline are leaders in the commercial furniture market. Their products are great and customer service is exceptional. There is nothing that this team needs to improve on, they just need to keep doing what they are doing!”
Emma Platt – Datacom NZ
“Jon and the team at Crestline were a pleasure to deal with. The time frames we were working to were tight and these guys worked hard to ensure our office fit out was done to a high standard, and on time. The needs of my team were considered when working with Jon on the fit out and what the Crestline portfolio had to offer. The end result was that we have the best furniture for our needs. There were a few minor setbacks with installation and I was very happy when these were rectified quickly, causing no disruption in the wider process. The team at Lion Wellington and I are very happy with our new office and look forward to showcasing it to our clients in future.”
Aaron Hodson – Regional Sales Manager Wellington, Lion Brewery
“We first saw Crestline Furniture when we visited Wilson Precast, and immediately we were very impressed with the style and quality, so it was an easy decision for us to choose Crestline Furniture to complete our new offices in Otara. The team at Crestline are great to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. They worked closely with our Interior Designer to make sure our colour palette was warm and welcoming, whilst looking professional and polished. We even had some bespoke furniture requirements which Crestline took on without any fuss and now everything is in place, it’s such an amazing workspace and everyone loves it. We have had customers come in for meetings and ask us where we got our furniture from, so of course we have had no hesitation in recommending Crestline for their great service and superior office furniture.”

Bauer Media Group
“Bauer Media Group moved into new premises at Shed 12, The City Works Depot, 90 Wellesley Street West on the 12th July 2013. Our move date was achieved within the challenging budget and timeframes we set. Bauer carried out a comprehensive and detail review of the market and furniture suppliers in NZ. Crestline was selected to supply our Desks, Task Chairs, Café Seating/Tables and the Breakout Sofas and Leaners. Crestline helped us achieve our key objectives in supplying suitable quality, cost-effective furniture. Delivery was professional, installed on-site on time.”
Wayne Fletcher – Chief Financial Officer, Bauer Media Group (NZ)
“Crestline Furniture Systems were engaged by Bauer Media to supply and install new desks, office chairs and other furniture for the fitout of their new offices at Shed 12, City Works Depot, Auckland. Beca were engaged by Bauer to Project Manage fitout of the new premises, this included the procurement, engagement and coordination of the works that Crestline undertook. The project was of significant size with approximately 350 staff and a gross floor area of 4500m2. The programme for the project was also tight with a fixed end date that had to be achieved. Crestline’s works were a critical component to achieving the successful move of the Bauer team from their previous premises on time. Throughout the contract, the Crestline team were easy to deal with, kept their promises and communicated regularly and clearly. Variations were minimal and were always discussed and confirmed prior to being incorporated in the final design and scope of works. The final installation on site required Crestline to adapt their plans and work in and around a number of other contractors. This was done without complaint and the full installation was completed on time and to a high standard. Our client is extremely happy with the outcome and Crestline were a key contributor to the success of the project. The quality of workmanship has been exceptional with no defects reported to date, some six weeks post completion. I would not hesitate to work with Crestline again in the future and would recommend them to others without hesitation.”
Matt Walls – Project Manager, on behalf of Beca Carter Hollings & Ferner Ltd.
