How we work

Clear, timely project communication
Working in close collaboration with the client, architects, interior designers, and project managers is a high priority for our company. We keep all necessary parties in the loop to ensure smooth running, hassle-free project completion.

A lead person will be allocated to your project. They’ll be responsible for overall project management from finalising specifications through production, installation and post occupancy services. This person will be your single point of contact, and it’s their mission to make your project a success.

Once all details have been confirmed, a comprehensive specification list is compiled in order to eliminate the possibility of misunderstanding.

Streamlined production and project management
When an order hits production, every step is followed closely by our in-house project management team, with systems to ensure each stage is tracking on time.

We have established excellent working relationships with supply partners over the last 30 years and have access to approximately 70 production staff. This gives us capacity to produce large quantities of furniture for your project at short notice.

Rigorous Quality Control
The entire Crestline team is committed to completing projects on time, in full and on spec. Every time.

Post Occupancy Service
Most of our products have a 10 year warranty against faulty workmanship and materials. And we guarantee continuity of supply of furniture systems to the equivalent specification for 10 years.

Post occupancy checks are made to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. We can also run training sessions and give ergonomic advice on the correct set-up of the chairs, and workstation systems if required.

Health & Safety
Crestline is committed to providing safe working conditions for staff, contractors and visitors. We have policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety in employment legislation.

Our team

Crestline was founded by Owen Renton in 1987. Owen was soon joined by three sons Richard, Dean and Jon. As the years have gone by, four members of the next generation have joined. We are a close knit team with a strong family culture underpinned by integrity and dedicated to doing the very best for our customers.
